Niro – Niroosan Vivekanantharajah, LL.B. , B.A (Hons).
Niro is a licenced Ontario lawyer since 2019 January. He practices in the field of Real Estate Law and Criminal Defence Law for over 5 years.
Niro also has extensive criminal trial experience. He mentors lawyers on a weekly basis through his workshop program for over 5 years now and continues to do so.
He is an Ontario Record Breaking lawyer who was featured on 680 NEWS, CBC NEWS and GLOBAL NEWS in January 2023 for being the first lawyer in Ontario for preventing a real estate fraud scheme from occurring.
He has been volunteering consistently at the Durham Outlook Soup Kitchen for over 1 year now and loves ever minute of it.
Niro truly believes in founding a law practice that provides legal services by genuinely forming a long-term positive relationship with his valued clients and networks.
Niro is Fluent in English as well as Tamil and he is currently learning Spanish.
Manraj Bassi, LL.B. , B.A (Hons).
Manraj Bassi, LL.B. , B.A (Hons).
Manraj holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Southampton and is a current National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) candidate, with plans to write the Ontario bar exam in late 2026. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Linguistics from York University, developing strong analytical and communication skills.
During his studies at the University of Southampton, Manraj served as the Canadian Law Society Representative, advocating for Canadian law students and organizing skills-based workshops. Prior to joining Niro Law, he worked at a busy criminal defence firm in Brampton. He has a particular interest in criminal defence and aims to specialize in this area while continuing to develop his skills in real estate law. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Outside of work, Manraj enjoys watching basketball, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
Saarujan Saravananathan, B.A (Hons)., Paralegal (Diploma).
Saarujan Saravananathan, B.A (Hons)., Paralegal (Diploma).
Saarujan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Law and Society from York University and continued his legal education with a Paralegal Accelerated Diploma program from Seneca College.
Throughout his education, he developed a strong understanding of legal procedures, legal research, and case analysis. The coursework and hands-on assignments in the Paralegal program have equipped him with practical knowledge of Ontario court procedures, client file management, and legal software tools.
Prior to joining Niro Law, he worked in a variety of customer service industries where he gained valuable skills in communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and discretion.
Outside of work, Saarujan enjoy going to the gym, watching sports, and reading.
Aditya Kaushal, LL.B. , B.A (Hons).
Aditya Kaushal, LL.B. , B.A (Hons).
Aditya graduated with a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Honours) from Birmingham City University. During his studies, he wrote a 10,000-word publication on physician-assisted suicide, achieving a First Class Honours. While at Birmingham City University, he also volunteered at the university law clinic, where he assisted clients and gained valuable practical legal experience through direct casework.
Aditya is involved in community service and has volunteered with organizations such as the New Town Shelter in Birmingham. He has also worked with a non-profit organisation, the Canada Pakistan Friendship Association, where he supported immigrants and participated in community donation and outreach events.
In his free time, Aditya enjoys going to the gym, reading, and writing. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
